Aliya Residences was envisioned as a quieter, more thoughtful approach to city living. Rather than scale, the focus was placed on quality — creating a limited collection of homes where architecture, light, and proportion come together naturally. With only nine residences, the building offers a sense of intimacy rarely found in Williamsburg, allowing each home to feel personal, calm, and distinctly its own.
